  PREPARATION OF GROWING MEDIUM

INTRODUCTION

-That week we do preparation of growing medium.

OBJECTIVE

- Learn soil mixture

- know kind of soil

Tools and equipments 

- Gloves

- Hoe

- Wheelbarrow

- Polybag

- Minitools

ACTIVITY

5.30 a.m  Prayer farj at Surau At-Taqwa

6.20 a.m  Warm up 

7.20 a.m  Roll call at Agrotech. All parts sang Negaraku, UiTM Dihatiku and Planters Song. With 

                  read Doa ad-Dhuha, Doa Qunut Nazila and Al-Kahfi. 

8.15 a.m  All classed must go nursery plot to listen briefing from lecturer 

8.30 a.m  As part of icebreaker session. Lecturer introduce the tools and equipment we will be 

                  using for the soil mixing. Than type soil we can used

8.45 a.m  Representatives of each class went to take soil to use wheelbarrow. Than another                            students prepare polybag and chicken dunk. 

9.00 a.m  After that prepare composite mixture of soil, organic fertilizer, and in ratio 3:2:1.

9.10 a.m  All students must do mixing soil with hoe

9.30 a.m Prepare polybag and that put mix soil into polybang

10.00 a.m Rest

10.30 a.m Mr. Naim gave us a briefing our next step about balance mix soil and remove weed                       in polybag.

12.00a.m  Back to college
